Facing a hostile fan, the AI keeps its composure and escalates early (without over-explaining). You get an alert to step in if needed.

On top of that, the reputation network warns you if a problem fan from another agency (chargebacks, leaks, freebie hunter) messages you: they arrive already flagged, anonymously and in aggregate.
